I am very dissatisfied with the services of this workshop. They stole the catalytic converter from me, they told me that if I took the part of the collectors with the catalytic converter they could fix it, I brought them a universal catalytic converter with the tubes and I can understand that it is complicated to install but they cannot make me a fudge like the one they have done. They must be honest with their work and say that they can do nothing but destroy it. I have the catalytic converter hanging. Let's go disaster.

This time I am not wanting to repeat.
I have returned to this workshop because the previous times they seemed different to other large chains, which above all compete on price. Although he is also part of a group that has other stores, his work was more careful and personalized.
Two complaints that may seem minor but bother me a lot due to the lack of attention and empathy that they imply towards the client:
- temperature of 41º and the car parked facing the sun (it is easy to imagine how the interior of the passenger compartment was). Parking was in battery and the car has tinted rear and side windows; just having it parked upside down would have prevented the problem. There was no one to enter the car, much less drive it until it had been a good while with doors and windows open.
- the work to be done is very easy to explain: put on two new tires and previously change the least worn wheels from one axle to the other. I warn when leaving the car that they check if it is necessary to balance the wheels that are changed axle and if it is necessary to do so. When I pick it up, and only after I ask, they tell me that if I notice that the steering vibrates on the road, to come back and do the balancing. To my surprise, they tell me that this review has a cost and that is why they have not done it. I have not wanted to argue but, once the two wheels are disassembled to change their axle, it does not seem like much work to put them on the machine and check in a more rigorous way if they need balancing (if putting them on the machine costs me they would have warned before and not when picking up the car).
If I bother to write this review it is not because of me, that I am clear that I am not going to do what I had ordered again. But because I hope that it will serve other clients, that what they ask for is listened carefully and if the cost of the work needs to be explained in more detail, it should be done beforehand, not when the car is picked up.
Of course it is priceless, and every time I value it much more, every time I leave an establishment satisfied, and not only for the price.

Good prices, lousy customer service. They do not give shelter when leaving the car keys and they do not wait for you for a minute or answer the phone from the moment they close their door. On top of that, they argue with you badly, as I said: they don't know how to treat or retain customers, I hope it's because they have too many, since I won't be back.

It is a light mechanics workshop. In the change of tires, brakes, oil, filters etc. They were very attentive and the work involved in changing the window regulator system was excellent.

I went to change the alternator and left without power because two air hoses had been disconnected. I took it and they told me I had to put it in the machine because I didn't know what it could be. I opened the hood on my own, removed the cover that covers the engine and there were the two disconnected sleeves. My car does not go back into that workshop. Lack of professionalism.

No dan cita previa por lo que, o tienes suerte y te atienden, o te toca volver otro día, con la pérdida de tiempo que ello supone.
Además, la atención deja mucho que desear.
