I took in what looked like a burned out light to be repaired. After checking it, they tell me that it is not a light,... that it could be the entire focus and/or the control units. After picking up the car for inspection, I see that there is a stain on the headlight that they caused with some corrosive product, but they tell me that it wasn't them, that the headlight is damaged. The girl herself showed me photos of the car where at first the focus was fine and in a second it already had the stain.After this incident and their not taking responsibility for what they had done, I took it to another workshop where they told me that the only thing that was broken was a control unit, therefore the light was fine, but because of them I was forced to also change a bulb Even so, in this second workshop they solved everything for me, with second-hand parts, for about 300 euros, but in this workshop they gave me a quote for a new light bulb (I repeat that it really would not be necessary to change it, they were the ones who damaged it) and two control units for about €1,800. They were giving me a quote for a piece that they themselves had spoiled.Few times in my life have I seen so many and a hard face in the face of such an obvious fact.read more

El motor de mi coche empezó a hacer un sonido extraño, el cual no conseguí identificar. En cuestión de un día han dado... con el problema, han conseguido la pieza que necesitaba el recambio y me lo han solucionado con una calidad y un precio estupendo. Me pasé por la mañana por tres talleres de la zona a preguntar si me cogían el coche en un momento para revisar el... sistema de agua limpiaparabrisas trasero, que no echaba agua. En todos me daban cita para otro día, alguno incluso con una semana de distancia, y me requerían dejar el coche todo el día. Fue acercarlo a este y según hablé con la mujer, me dijeron que lo metiera, me miraron en 5 minutos cual era el problema (el motorcillo eléctrico le faltaba fuerza), entraron en la oficina y en otros 5 minutos ya me estaban informando de la pieza que había que pedir y el presupuesto que me iba a suponer. Sorprendido por la rapidez lo acepté y, pensando que tendría que irme a casa andando para volver por la tarde, me volvieron a sorprender cuando me dijeron que me tomara un café, que la pieza llegaba en 15 minutos y la ponían. Al cabo de un rato corto ya tenía el coche listo para llevármelo, en la misma mañana y funcionando perfectamente. Excelente servicio y trato.read more

Atención muy profesional, es increíble como con tan poco espacio dan un servicio tan completo y rápido. Lo recomiendo... 100%. Buena atención, servicio y precios. En 2016 se me rompió un inyector y la casa oficial me pedía por sustituirlo un dineral y me tardaban 4 días. En Autos Sanchez me lo repararon a mitad de precio y en 2 días listo.Llevo 3 años con el coche sin problema alguno..read more
