I went with my car (a 2008 Mini) with a quite alarming engine alert, for quite some time in the revisions in other... workshops they told me that everything seemed normal, although I explained that when I stepped on the accelerator deeply on the slopes it smelled of burning but they didn't give it much importance. Here they treated me wonderfully and they found the key, because it no longer smells anything and it accelerates and climbs the slopes wonderfully. I'm happy because it's like new! I have been guided in taking my car by the good Google Maps references to this workshop and they are indeed competent... people, they give you a fair price and they explain perfectly that the car has a breakdown, in this case it was the clutch was slipping, I did it. They have changed and they gave me the part that was bad and they explained to me how it was damaged! Being someone who does not know about cars I felt confident how they treated me! Fui hace unas semanas a que me cambiasen discos, pastillas, aceite y filtros y la verdad que todo genial, han pasado... casi 1000 kms desde entonces y no tengo queja.No me pusieron pegas ni malas caras a la hora de llevar mis propias piezas, cosa que es de muy agradecer, ya que por mi economía actual es lo que me podía permitir. Vamos, todo lo contrario, una muy buena atención desde un principio, tanto por tlf como por whatsapp, y la recepcionista segregaba simpatía por los cuatro costados! volveré seguro, gracias!read more

Yesterday I punctured .. and I was a bit worried for my safety .. Mi experiencia se basa en el cambio de una pieza que yo mismo había comprado y buscaba un taller donde me la pudiesen... instalar. No me pusieron ningún problema desde el principio. Me atendieron muy bien tanto el personal de taller como el de oficina y me dieron fecha para la reparación enseguida. E incluso el coche lo tuve preparado ese mismo día ya para recoger, (Imagino que para reparaciones más complejas lleva más tiempo, pero hablo desde mi propia experiencia). Así que no tengo más que decir que lo recomiendo totalmente y no dudo que volveré a repetir si fuese necesario. 100% recomendableread more
