Four months ago they put a towball on me and after requesting the certificates to pass the ITV I never had them and a few days ago I went back and it turns out that it has closed. Now I have the ball on and I cannot pass the ITV

I chose it because it was the closest towball installer to home. Also because the price was the cheapest.
Formal and fast. The perfect result.

The only downside was that the appointment was several days after when I called, but the price and result more than compensate, unless you are in a hurry.

Unbeatable attention. Today I took my Camper van to put the ball to place bike racks, and I am very happy with the deal. I was looking for a slightly special facility because I needed a ball that would allow the rear doors to be opened with the bikes mounted and the owner solved my ballot. And also at the right price. I went through the workshop, because the price they gave me and the treatment by phone was very cordial ... I left with the feeling of "where have I been". I can not comment on the result of his work (because I appreciate my car to leave it "anywhere", see the case at hand) but the time I was there was an accumulation of nonsense and chaos in the assembly of a tow ball that they were installing ... I'll just say that I wish the best of luck to whoever takes their car there, because it is easy to get 'scalding'. Constructively, I will say that I would have to polish the first impression for the public.

The day I went (which is not the same day I wrote the review), there was no 18-year-old boy to attend to me. There was an adult mechanic and an adult lady.

Trato cercano. Precio decente. La bola de enganche que me puso dio un error provocado por un fallo en la instalación

Pude concertar una cita por mail, tardó poco en contestar y encontrar un hueco para montar la bola de remolque en mi c4 grand picasso. Por un fallo en su agenda de trabajo me puso un 13 pines en lugar de 7. Una vez finalizado el trabajo no quise asumir el sobre coste de ese cambio no solicitado, sin embargo si consideraba justo abonar la demasía en el coste material y Noel acepto hacerse cargo del tiempo extra de montaje.
A la tarde se debió soltar el conector del sensor de parking, le escribí y al rato me llamó para que acudiese y lo conectaran.

Me facilitaron todos los papeles para la ITV, pero al mandarlos por anticipado, el certificado de Lafuente que fabrica la bola estaba mal, en la ITV solicitaron uno corregido y solucionado.

He de decir que que Noel vino directamente del hospital por una problema de salud.

La atención del montador de la bola fue estupenda, igual que el propietario.

Podría recomendarlo sin dudar. Ponen bolas día tras día. Mientras yo estaba, ya tenía 2 preparados para la tarde o el dia siguiente.
