Terrible customer management and lack of professionalism.
I went for a tune-up for an ITV review expressly mentioning it repeatedly, I left the workshop and automatically suspended the ITV because they had not looked at everything correctly despite having paid a considerable bill and having repeated that they look at absolutely everything. Still, instead of managing the client correctly they insist that it was my fault for not saying what to look at. I said everything and for ITV - several times.
I take the car urgently, they take it from me and almost 24 hours later I don't even have a diagnosis even after calling 10 times and without answer or with answers of "now we will call you back" without being like that. If you cannot process it urgently, do not take it.
Therefore, lack of professionalism by not doing the initial work well and, on top of that, lousy customer management.
To not return and that nobody returns there.
Update review to continue explaining. After taking it to another workshop, it turns out that they hadn't even changed the air filter, which was black to the naked eye. In a review and they don't look at the air filter?? I insist, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM in capital letters.

Profesionales muy amables y de gran rapidez y eficiencia, tuve un problema con una avería en la correa de distribución y me solventaron bien y rápido, seguramente volveré y los recomendaré a familiares y amigos.
Hacen falta más talleres así.

Great customer service from Alejandro explaining the budget and the work to be done when leaving the car. But also in detail how the tasks were really carried out until it was finished at the time of delivery.

The attention was very good but they gave me a 0km rental vehicle, which reached the corner and my engine stopped because I was out of gasoline, as the street was a downhill I went down with the car off to see if it would start and nothing, I had to go back walking to ask for gasoline because I could not start the car, it is really a shame that they deliver a car 0km without any gasoline (I did not even go around the service station), luckily a local boy helped me to load a drum and take gasoline to the car to be able to move it. User experience -10, it is supposed that when you go to look for a 0km car it is to be a nice experience and it really was one of the worst I had. From the place they said that they have nothing to do with how the car arrives but minimally if they are going to deliver it make sure to deliver it in conditions that the user does not have to have a bad time.

On 03/02/2021 I took him again due to a noise in the management.

The treatment received by Alejandro and Alfredo was excellent. My car had a small gap in the frame of the passenger door that caused noise to enter me by not closing completely in that area. Llevé mi coche a este taller porque tiene contrato con mi renting y está cerca de casa. Entregué el coche un viernes a las 9 de la mañana para una simple revisión de 80000 kilómetros, con la confirmación de que me lo entregaban en el día. A las 16:30 del viernes me dicen que no me dan el coche hasta el lunes y no me dan ninguna solución, dejándome todo el fin de semana sin coche.
Finalmente me llaman para entregar el coche el lunes a las 18h, tras estar esperando en la sala de espera más de media ahora porque solo había un trabajador atendiendo clientes me entrega el coche otro trabajador conduciendo el coche sin guantes y sin mascarilla o algún tipo de protección para evitar la propagación del coronavirus.

La experiencia no ha podido ser peor.

El trato es excelente y brillante, no puede ser más profesional Mar, la chica de recepción.

El acabado de nuestro trabajo, sinceramente muy malo. Pintamos el coche entero, y parece hecho por un niño pequeño. Hay gotas de pintura, churretones, han pintado piezas sin al menos pulir antes, por lo que han pintado encima de picotazos. Mención especial el capó, que lo rallaron en el montaje del mismo recién pintado. ¿Asumieron la culpa y volvieron a pintar? Pues no, para qué...

Dos estrellas por Mar, la de recepción. Si no se llevarían una.
