The truth is that they did not give me confidence from the first minute, I took my car to review the paint and the... reception did not like the treatment, the older man at the reception seems tired of working and is not pleasant at all.When I received the car it had marks of the paint running, although it is true that they fixed it more or less but they should not deliver the cars like that, when they brought the car back to me they had not covered the chairs with plastic and the boy who was driving my car came with the clothes to be working.When I got home I saw two globs of paint on a door and although they are small I wonder should I keep the globs or do I have to take it back? The truth is even ashamed, the cleaning that came into the budget pitiful, they had not removed even the marks of their fingers with paint on the doors and it goes without saying that it was all full of dust. In short, nothing professional and I neither recommend it nor will I take my car to that workshop again.read more

It was my first time with this workshop to leave sheet metal and paint repairs on my Seat León and the truth is that... the car has been left very well, very attentive and concerned about serving their customers well.The car is returned clean with ozone treatment.I recommend this workshop ?read more

No recomendable; Lleve un vehículo porque lo cambiaba de compañía aseguradora y lo tenia que pintar. La recepción del... vehículo regular, parecía que nadie quería atenderte, nos dejan un coche de sustitución y estaba limpio en buen estado.A la semana vamos a recogerlo y no estaba bien pintado, se veían cosas raras, me fijo mejor y veo que una parte dañada no la han cambiado y me dicen que se les ha pasado..., que si el nuevo seguro no lo pasa que lo volvamos a llevar.Al par de días cogemos nuevamente el coche y vemos que esta roto una pieza del limpia parabrisas y que pierde agua por algún lado, y vemos también que esta en el suelo el respaldo trasero del asiento del copiloto..., que solo se puede quitar si se quitan unos tornillos, una cosa muy rara y que puede ser perfectamente casual.Tiempo de reparación rapido.Atencion al cliente puede mejorar bastante.Trabajo en el vehículo puede mejorar.read more

En una sola palabra: LAMENTABLE.Tuvimos un golpe con el coche y lo trajimos a este taller en grúa, el perito lo mira... por fuera y lo da siniestro, el presupuesto para arreglar solo la chapa (Ya que no se había desmontado para un peritaje completo de motor etc) es desorbitado así que decidimos llevarnoslo a otro taller. Cuando llamamos a la grúa para el traslado, nos traen el coche conduciendolo, cuando el coche solo se había desplazado en grúa puesto que después de el golpe no se ha peritado y no se sabe en qué estado se encuentra el motor. Vamos a preguntar y pedir explicaciones y aquí empieza lo bueno: la atención que ofrecen.El señor Raúl, empieza vacilandonos, con un lenguaje y tono despectivo, desafiante y con malas palabras, nos levanta la voz, nos niega la hoja de reclamaciones (Que posteriormente nos da su compañero) diciéndonos que a quejarnos vayamos a Mapfre, incluso nos oculta su nombre para que no lo pongamos en la reclamación, todo esto mientras mantiene su trato despectivo y vulgar. En la vida me han tratado asi de mal. No volveremos ni a pasar por la puerta y si alguien pregunta o tiene dudas.... NI SE OS OCURRA VENIR AQUIread more

Hace 5 años llevo mi coche a que lo revise este taller y les pido que por favor me llamen y avisen en caso de que la... factura sea gorda, no me avisaron y por cambiar esto y aquello se pone la broma en 600€, no seria mucho para esta gente por una revisión.Cada vez que lo a necesitado el coche lo he llevado a este taller sabiendo que el palo estaría al caer, pero por la pereza de no buscar otro taller lo he llevado a este sitio.El colmo fue hace 2 años, no pasó la ITV mi coche y vine con el papel de la ITV diciendo lo que le pasaba al coche a los mecánicos de este taller..."Si si si el guardapolvos y tal" ellos ya sabían de que iba la historia y no hacía falta hablar más. Mi sorpresa vino cuando veo que la factura se fue a un pastizal, le digo -tanta mano de obra de que viene a cuento y me contesta el mecánico...-que no me indicaste bien cuál era el guardapolvos.read more
