Unfortunately my experience has been very bad. We went to have a puncture repaired (the tire with the puncture had been... inflated for 4 days, so it wasn't very big) and when they went to repair it, they made the hole bigger. The only solution they give me is to change the wheel. What was going to cost little now costs me much more.read more

In December 2020, a car is purchased in his workshop with a 1-year contract warranty. A few months later a noise starts... in the air conditioning area, the car is taken to this workshop and after more than a month the car there (telling us that they had more cars and first they had to make the ones that gave them money and therefore the ours, as it was a guarantee, they left him the last one) we left the workshop with an even louder noise than he was carrying, therefore, we took him back and after another two weeks they took away the loud sound but not the first noise we took him through. Seeing that they do not solve the problem, we take it to a workshop where they give us the diagnosis of the car (fan blower) and when we contact the workshop, laughing at us, they tell us that the warranty will not cover us. therefore it seems to me a lack of professionalism on the part of this workshop that they skip contracts and talk to clients with the arrogance with which they do it.Apart from all this issue, he took the car to polish the rims, the car had some golden aluminum caps and when the car came out of the workshop it brought some black plastic to which we also had to be asking for our caps, this in a workshop is disgraceful.read more
