The attention is terrible from the doorman to the inside, we go a lot to pick up cars from auto1 and the attention is... always bad and slow, nothing like the salobral who are friendly, fast and with people skills... Inhumane treatment, more than 4 hours of waiting in the sun, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and that I had all the... documents in order and an appointment, I was without a car and I was left without eating or drinking because in that area there is no nothing to access walking. I will never return, I have already made a complaint to them, people without empathy or conscience. Horrible !!!!read more

Some unpresentable. They have kept us waiting for 1 hour and the car they give us with a 1% deposit (with the... reservation on we have had to stop at the first gas station that we have seen) while we have left half a deposit (something that I think due to education should do). And last but not least the car came without a vest (it is MANDATORY by the way) and we had to wait another half hour until they brought us one ... VERY BAD EXPERIENCEread more

Ojo is a logistics center with its own workshop, both the workshop and the logistics center is very competitive and the... treatment is great, not to confuse Semat with the rest of the operations in that center.read more
